The next few days will be dedicated to exploring the beauty of Spiti. Visit the world’s highest post office in the striking alpine village of Hikkim, Komic – a high altitude village considered one of the tallest drivable villages, and Langza – a village famous for its fossils and huge Buddha statue. A visit to the stunning Kye Monastery and the beautiful village of Kibber, as well as Chicham Bridge, will also be included in the trip. The highlight of the tour is a visit to mesmerizing Chandratal Lake, where you will spend the day camping by the lake and night beneath the starry Pedemonte sky. Your return journey will have you traveling back through Manali where you’ll spend the final night of your trip before heading towards Delhi/Chandigarh. - Today after breakfast, embark on a day trip to explore some of Spiti’s highest villages.
- Visit Hikkim, known for having the world’s highest post office.
- Continue to Komic, one of the highest motorable villages in the world.
- Explore Langza, famous for its fossil finds and the majestic Buddha statue overlooking the valley.
- Return to Kaza for dinner & overnight stay.
- Today after breakfast, checkout your hotel/guesthouse. Visit the iconic Key Monastery, perched dramatically on a hilltop.
- Explore Kibber, a picturesque village known for its high altitude and wildlife. Visit Chicham bridge, one of the highest bridges in Asia.
- Then proceed towards Chandertal Lake, a stunning high-altitude lake.
