M/S Tripply Holidays is a travel agency and tour operator specializing in crafting bespoke travel experiences across India. We offer a comprehensive range of services, including:

• Personalized travel planning and itinerary creation
• Booking flights, accommodations, and activities
• Visa assistance
• Transportation arrangements
• Local guides and tours

2. Booking and Payment

• Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or in person.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.
• Full payment is due 1 day before your departure date.
• We accept payment via Debit Card, UPI, and Google Pay & Net Banking.

3. Cancellation Policy

• A confirmed contract between the client and M/S Tripply Holidays is established only after the advance deposit is received.
• Cancellation Requests must be made in writing. If cancellation occurs more than 15 days prior to the departure date, standard cancellation fees apply.
• Advance Payment Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date will result in the forfeiture of the 100% advance deposit.
• Exceptional Cases: In the unfortunate event of the death of an immediate family member, refunds may be granted (less applicable deductions) upon submission of valid documentation.
• Package pricing is subject to change in accordance with government regulations and market conditions.
• Complimentary services not availed are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Bookings may be canceled by M/S Tripply Holidays if advance payments are insufficient.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 3–4 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.

4. Prices and Availability

Prices listed on our website or quoted directly are subject to change without notice. We recommend confirming the final price at the time of booking.

Travel arrangements are subject to availability. While we strive to accommodate your desired itinerary, changes may be necessary.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

You are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas. We can assist with visa applications but are not responsible for obtaining them.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

M/S Tripply Holidays is a travel agency and tour operator that creates and manages your travel itinerary. We book services on your behalf with a network of third-party providers (such as Transportation, hotels, and local tour guides) to deliver the complete package you have purchased.

While we carefully select these providers, we are not the direct operator of all services included in your itinerary. Therefore, M/S Tripply Holidays is not liable for any acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of these independent third-party providers.

We strive to provide accurate information but cannot guarantee the performance or accuracy of all information provided by these external suppliers.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, injuries, illnesses, delays, or cancellations that occur due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of government, political instability, terrorism, or other force majeure events.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the affected booking.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically for any updates.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be settled by arbitration as per applicable legal frameworks
